Pretty amazing we’re at a point where morons argue against this but here we are. Situation is a complete polar opposite of Floyd

I would like to know what happened that led to the arrest. A few agencies were reporting that Brooks was sleeping in his car.

Sleeping or passed out from being drunk? He flunked a sobriety test from what I read.

They reported he was sleeping in his car.

Upon further investigation, it seems he was passed out in the drive thru line.

Under what theory?

Well, for starters, they could have gotten back in the fricking car and followed his arse and radioed for backup. He wasn't going far running.

He had a fricking taser. He wasn't going to kill some random citizen with a taser. Four cops could have tased him before he could have gotten close enough to any of them to be a real threat.

The cop didn’t shoot until Brooks pointed (and possibly fired) the taser at him.

How about an intelligent reply instead of some emoticon like a fricking middle schooler?

They didn't have to kill the guy, regardless of what the dumbasses on this board think.

What was it about following him in the car instead of running down the street after him was confusing to you?

How in the ever-loving frick would he have tased them while they were chasing him in their car?

They had his ID and knew where he lived. And they had his fricking car.

You clearly arent trying to have an intelligent conversation.

Like I said, come back with an intelligent reply as far as why they couldn't have pursued him in the car, especially since they knew where he lived and they also had his car. Your reply is exactly that of a low IQ individual who can't debate a point. You literally had no intelligent rebuttal to my point.

Intelligent conversation? I have a head of cabbage in the fridge that has more intelligence than you've demonstrated here.

Following a suspect in car is not as efficient as on foot. Pretty sure cops are trained to follow on foot if possible.

And it’s not like the choice to follow on foot is an unreasonable or unlikely choice by the officer. Using hindsight (and unreasonable hindsight) doesn’t change the fact that pointing a weapon at a cop is going to give them legal use of lethal force.

That's it? That's the best you've got?

That's right. A head of cabbage.

A head of cabbage is more intelligent than someone defending a criminal who points a weapon at police officers just doing their jobs.

You’re as dumb and blind as a rock if you can’t see that man extending his arm and pointing back, what we now know is a taser gun, at the police officer.

You’re a dumb arse bitch.

So a taser is equal to deadly force now?

True, they didn’t have to. But it’s clear from the video this is very different from the George Floyd situation.
