I used to work with a guy years ago that went out one night to a local bar and got drunk. He left to go home, got on the interstate going the wrong way, and hit a car that had a man, his brother, and his two teenage kids. He killed himself and those four family members all from driving drunk. That is why it is against the law you frickin moron.

B'S. The guy was so wasted he was sleeping in his car in the Wendy's drive through. The guy needed to be taken off the streets to avoid killing someone with his car.

No. If you drive drunk it’s a crime. If you kill someone while driving drunk it’s a worse crime. Preventative measures are put in place to save lives. If someone wants to argue against dui roadblocks, ok. I’ll talk to you. But trying to say he should have been left alone after falling asleep in a drive thru is the dumbest shite I’ve ever heard.

Yes! And while we are at it, shooting a gun at groups of people should only be a crime if the bullet hits someone. These damn pansy arse pedestrians need to toughen up.
