In GA, Rico conviction is mandatory minimum 5 years (or so I’m told).
Remember how the Fla Supremes said to continue counting, and then the US Supremes said 'get bent'. Theres this thing called the supremacy clause. its in the US Constitution because if this very type of thing

It establishes that the federal constitution, and federal law generally, take precedence over state laws, and even state constitutions. It prohibits states from interfering with the federal government's exercise of its constitutional powers, and from assuming any functions that are exclusively entrusted to the federal government.
It was and is a national election. The NY & GA DAs are out of her depths, and will shown that soon enough

He will be out of money by the time it gets to SCOTUS.

I think people are at a loss to envision what a “conviction” on any of this stupidity would actually look like and what would be the ultimate consequences.
Do you have a good notion? I’m not even being flip. It’s just hard to know what happens then. You think all of his movement is just swept under the rug and everyone will return to some weird notion of normal once it’s all done?
I don't really know. I think it's really bad for winning independents in suburbs though.

Are you serious? What is a felon? Prosecutors can pin arguable federal crimes on any one of us, for even the most seemingly innocuous behavior. It is all about social control by the executive branch.
Huh? Did you not see I called these kangaroo courts in the subject?

Even if convicted he can still be the nominee.
As to what happens is up to the GOPe. If they play the complicit uni-party role and thwart the vote of the people, they will not get a single vote from the majority. What would be the point of voting for a ruling class that's no better than the other side.

I think it would be a lot bigger on a macro level than just that.

What if he is literally removed from the ballot in certain states as someone has suggested? I'm not sure if that's true or not, but are we supposed to just run him anyway if he's not on the ballot in Pennyslvania for example?

Yes, should a corrupt voting/justice system be allowed to select who we can vote for? If so, than the answer is to walk away from it.

What is the specific plan to walk away from it?

You’re probably right. Just really comes down to timing …

Simply walk away. Don't participate in the illusion. Let the left side of the uni-party have complete control. It will be hard for a year but it will wake-up everyone that it's us against the ruling class.

Sorry, but that's just half baked fantasy and I'm not signing up for that. You don't even believe what you are typing anyway.

I've heard on a couple of shows that Dem Secretary of States will use the 14tn Amendment to keep Trump off the ballot
If only we had conservative state AGs with the nards to match them with Biden illegally ignoring federal law on the border and/or his lack of cognitive ability.

you must have missed when he asked in 2022 and 2021 to be reinstated. he said just do it asap without regard for constitutional processes.
