Always comforting to see people not blindly following endorsements. But I do believe Chuy Garcia is the only candidate last month to have endorsed Johnson. Half dozen other losing candidates (all black) endorsed Vallas! Even racial grievance superstar congressman Bobby Rush flung his support for Vallas!!

Looks like it was a battle of unions and the teachers union win out.
It looks like he walked back his talks of defunding the police, which jumped him from 5th to 2nd going into election day. I bet he doesn't stick to that.
