I don't know if anyone would argue you get banned for an opposing viewpoint. Don't think the OP brough this up. But to not admit that this place isn't a bit of an echo chamber is not being true to ourselves.
Which, is partially why we all post here. For the most part, we all generally agree that being conservative/libertarian is the right path for our country. If we didn't, we'd probably be on DU. Even Fat Bastard, and momentoftruth, whom i've had many arguments with during the primary, often agree, in general, in the direction of this country. They just can't articulate that.
The problem, is when you get those 3, and others, polluting the board with trash. It drives reasonable posters away, and anyone that just don't have the energy to put up with it. It's the reason i've stepped back. I just don't have time to fight stupidity all day long.
ETA: removed SDV, i doubt we agree on anything.

Jesus' teachings are about our relationship with God, forgiveness, and kindness to others. Not the teachings of Karl Marx and the governmental control of goods/services. But thanks for pointing out your knowledge on the subject.

Correction, I WAS the guy that defended Fun Bunch, until i saw the actual posts he made. Pretty sure everyone in that thread stated how out of character it was for him.
