So are you going to get your booster every 3 months or not?

I got the 2 shots because I thought it would prevent me from having to wear a mask all the time and protect my elderly parents should i get the virus. I am not going to fall for that again. I have no intention of getting the booster.

I am totally opposed to mandates of any kind and think it should be a personal decision. I do not live in fear and am somewhat amused by the hysteria which is so out of character for people I have known for a long time. It's really been shocking to watch.

Depends on who you are.

High risk people should be boosted because not getting covid is still better than getting covid.

Makes sense. Define high risk people though. That’s a very generic term.

People with cancer?

Age based?

I got the Pfizer booster yesterday and only side effect was slightly sore arm. I am on high dose steroids which is why I got it.

Well, it's not a vaccine per se...closer to a therapy, like Ketruda...

So to call it a booster is also not correct...closer to regular therapy.

Yes, but that’s not what we are talking about. Don’t be disingenuous.

The shot doesn't stop someone from getting it though...

We monitor the southern hemisphere and see what strains they deal with during their flu season and take our best guess at what we'll get in the northern hemisphere during ours and prep our vaccines based on that but no, outside of 6 months your flu vax isn't helping your immune system anymore.

Trump claims COVID booster shots are a 'money-making operation' for Pfizer and he can 'see the dollar signs' in CEO Albert Bourla's eyes

If they told you you really needed monthly shots, would you take them and bagger everyone else to take them as well?

I'm vaccinated (after getting covid last December) and will not be taking any additional boosters. I've never had a flu shot either.

This is turning into just another flu shot.

Which is appropriate because the WuFlu is turning into just another flu; not unusual really...

we get flu shots every year- so what ?

according to the CDC, only 45% of adults got flu shots in the 2017-2018 flu season. So "we" don't do get flu shots every year. Not even a majority of Americans do. Flu shots also don't have a great efficacy rate either.

It's a gamble.

It might work out that way.

Or, catching COVID might kill you.

Odds are... it won't kill you. It's not 100 percent.

Seems like the odds of dying from the vaccine are less than the odds of dying from catching COVID without the vaccine... but both are low odds.

Seems to me like the vax sheep are reluctant to admit they’re part of a cult now and this will go the rest of their lives and they’re slaves

Not really since I felt it would come to this and in my mind its like taking a flu shot or maybe the tetanus shot we had to get boosters for...

To me the vaccine or the booster isn't the hill to die on for rights, the 2A is most important

Now this could become 4th amendment issue as search and seizure is unreasonable if a judge looks at it a certain way

I'm not understanding what we are supposed to be "boosting" here. Is the vaccine not working properly because I haven't gotten a booster? Was that something that happened over time or was in some sort of flaw in the original doses?

Do a li8ttle research. It will take you 2 minutes.
