A win for Iran is just surviving in some form.
Even if it takes 10 years.

This.

How have people not learned the lesson of Iraq and Afghanistan?

STAY AWAY FROM THE MIDDLE EAST.

Americans are suffering.

Exactly. I wonder how many future terrorist organizations will happen from this haphazard attack on Iran.

You're basically correct.

Now explain why this means that America (not Israel, but America) is overall better off than it was before this conflict started.

We have achieved military victory without a doubt.

Whether we win politically or economically remains to be seen, imo.

Well, the definition of victory depends on what your goals were to begin with.

In my opinion, this is a war for the security/regional hegemony of Israel. The Israelis have been at war with the Palestinians, Hamas, and Hezbollah since the 10/7 attacks. They've neutered Hezbollah and Hamas to the point that they believe they can attack Shiia communities in Lebanon and Iran as a whole with impunity. Israel sees Iran as an existential threat to them (imo there's no such thing as an existential threat to Israel because it's a nuclear-armed state), and so they want its power crushed and its government replaced.

As for how any of this makes America safer, your guess is as good as mine.

We will leave a power vacuum, once again that gets replaced by brute force chaos, if we leave anyone alive who prefers a theocratic ruled state.

Watch the reboot do-over from the fallout of the contentious Shia vs. Sunni dichotomy.

there are currently only yes men serving in the US government and nobody could tell our president the truth.

This is simply false. Multiple people high up in the administration tried to caution Trump against the war. He chose not to listen.

None that wouldn't happen anyway.

There are a lot of terrorists that won't be participating because they are dead.
