Over 1600 Iranian civilians have died. If they have any remaining family you think those people are going to be sympathetic to our cause?

It is a "ceasefire" while they iron out the agreement. But each day brings the USA closer to 3 CVN groups in the region.

That doesn't diminish the point that civilian casualties as a product of this war do not advance our interests

For the regime if they simply survive they'll claim victory. That doesn't mean we can't severely cripple their ability to project power and call it a victory ourselves.
That could actually be a good outcome. Decimate them enough to neutralize the threat. Let the delusional bastards think they've won and hope regime change occurs from within.
The IRGC and the clerics seem to be more comfortable at war than at peace. Ending this soon forces them to deal with their internal problems with their populace. Probably at least 80 percent of their population has had enough if the insane regime.

No but your point is diminished by how hard you’re trying to make it in a way that sheds a bad light on the US like you always do

Greatest President in my life time. My only wish is that he would stay off of Twitter. Deport more migrants and arrest corrupt politicians.(Including the corrupt Judges who protect criminals)
