Apology-gate, the latest "scandal" the sky screamers think will bring Trump down

Fox News is still covering this story days later.
Show clips of Flake and other cucks saying Trump should apologize. Judge Napolitano is saying McCain is an icon and that Trump needs to apologize because it is now a moral issue.
Have they not learned anything?
Trump NEVER apologizes.
I still don't understand why it is a bad thing for someone to say in a private meeting that McCain is dying. It is not like she said McCain deserves the most painful death possible because he is a piece of shite traitor. She simply stated a fact, he is dying.

I often agree....
but part of me does think the worlds a better place when we can just say “hey, I fricked this one up- I’m sorry” a little more often than we do.
Having a leader that can own being human is probably more good than bad in my opinion.

In these days and time all this does is lengthen the news cycle and they will never give him credit for it. When Hillary lied about Ambassador Stevens death no one in the press asked her to publicly apologize, they actively covered for her. The press is his enemy.

I get that — a counter point maybe:
if it’s going to be a situation where they lead with a negative story anyway - who cares if it lengthens the news cycle to do the moral thing instead of the politically expedient thing
Can’t always be the go to reaction but i think there’s something to be said for it being the most 4-D chess move he could make sometimes.

The press briefing yesterday was a train wreck. I was listening the radio and the guy standing in for Sarah Sanders was letting the reporters push him around on it.
He must've said 100 times it was being handled internally (ya know, like almost all other instances of employee reprimands), but that wasn't enough. Those reporters quite literally would not let it go.
They just cannot put their animus towards Trump aside for anything.

It was a stupid thing to say but had anybody from any other administration said it it would have died off from the news cycle after 48 hours at tops. The media didn't even moan this long about Trump's response to Khan after the convention.
