If they are illegally in the country......how can they be legally in a home in a country they are illegally in????

And how does the 4th apply to a criminal who has a removal order?

We seem to always jump past the aforementioned and start talking about "rights" of people illegally here.

They’re going to use the constitution to allow the country to be destroyed. And it looks like a lot of SFP posts and this:

If you asked them if they wanted a strong executive who doesn’t put up with shite, exacts retribution on political foes, and exercises central government control over cultural issues they agree with all with a strong nationalist bent, they would say yes. They would say any congressional member or judge who tries to stop this man is an enemy to the people.

Sounds like authoritarian bullshite, but OK.

I specifically defend the Constitution to oppose authoritarian bullshite.

LEO’s have always been allowed to forcefully enter a home with probable cause, without a warrant.

The test is, PC exists if they believe a crime is being comitted, not has been comitted. crossing illegally is a has been vs is beating someone is being. this is a slipery slope, just like gay marrage was that gave us all of the bullshite we have now but this is a sacrosanct right enumerated in the Bill of Rights where gay marrage, directly, is not.

So as long as you claim that your opponents hate the country you can disregard the constitution (aka law)

By being in it.

Their illegal status doesn't change the 4th Amendment and its limitations on government action.

As lothed as i am to agree, SFP is correct there. 4t Ammendment shite fascinates me and i spent alot of time learning both sides. Lae Enforcdment cannot violate ghe curtlage of a home let alone enter without a search warrant. An arrest warrent is insufficent to enter.

everyone should hold 4A rights sacred.

the 4th amendment exists to protect all of us from the government, not just illegals.

Oh well...

Sounds like someone was giving "immigrant communities" (fricking laughable) some bad advice.

I believe you can enter the suspect's home with an arrest warrant, but you can't enter another person's home. So you can arrest them at their home, but you couldn't go into their mother's home, even if you know they are there.

Except that you’re too stupid to realize that the other side doesn’t give a shite about the constitution except as a shield while they work to destroy the country.

How does the constitution apply to an illegal criminal who should not be here.

Seems to me if you're here illegally, you do not have United States Constitutional rights. Out you go....GTFO

False equivalency.

Your premise conveniently leaves out the part where the open borders and unfettered illegals immigration is a scheme to undo our republic wholesale. But by all means scream at the sky because the final order for removal didn’t get cleared by a commie in a robe.

Your emotional-based arguments won't work on me. I defend rationality to oppose such emotionality in rhetoric.

wait I thought they have been deporting illegals for months now?

the 4th amendment doesn't stop ICE from deporting illegals, it stops police/ICE from entering your home without a warrant, so that they don't just go breaking into peoples homes whenever they like it.
