Free speech doesn't mean you can go commit crimes.

That seems like a political issue for her constituents to determine the propriety of, and nothing close to a criminal action.
Are you the dumbest fricking lawyer in the US? You don't professionally believe ANYONE, let alone a federally elected official, helping a criminal evade capture is a crime?
Have you never in all of your wise years of apparently practicing law heard of anyone being charged with harboring, accessory after the fact, or aiding/abetting?

Yeah, what happened to no one is above the law… that went away very quickly

Explaining rights is not legal advice and is protected speech for any person on our soil (American, legal immigrant, or illegal).
"Explaining rights" escalates to legal advice when she instructs people how to act in her slides. The slide doesn't say "You have the right to keep your door closed" it says "DO NOT OPEN YOUR DOOR." The slide doesn't say "you have the right to ask them to leave" the slide says "tell them you do not consent to enter your home and ask them to leave"
The slide are instructional and not informative. Additionally she is operating from a position of authority because she is a member of congress and is providing instructions from her official account.
She could easily have NOT done this by just having an immigration attorney on there and quoting them. But she wants to look like a hero and made a bunch of slides with bold letters telling people what to do.
She opens herself up to civil liability if someone follows her advice and is injured as a result or harms their case in Immigration court.
She opens herself up to criminal liability if someone relies on her advice and commits a crime as a result. If a landlord or employer has legal access to an area an illegal immigrant follows this advice to the letter, they could expose themselves to harm by not allowing entry. This is something an attorney would likely explain, and why we don't need Bartenders doing power point legal advice on X.

"Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness" were defined by the founding fathers as inalienable rights. In other words, universal rights granted by God.
The constitutional rights bestowed upon us by the Bill of Rights aren't necessarily granted to non-US citizens. Are you arguing a Chinese national here on a visa automatically has 2A rights?

Telling people their rights is not a crime.
People are playing very fast and loose with the term "how to evade law enforcement"

Sure. Inapplicable to this scenario.

That's one of the ones currently being litigated specifically.

The argument seems to be pivoting from "she aided and abetted illegals" to "she may have given legal advice without a law license".
The pivot is noted.
Are we giving up on the "instructing them how to evade law enforcement" and "aided and abetted illegals" arguments entirely, at this point?
Because an immigration attorney would be guilty for either of those things if the above arguments are correct. The licensure wouldn't matter.

Brought to you by the same state that rewrote laws specifically to jail a presidential candidate, and is removing a duly elected mayor for speaking out against illegals overrunning his city.

How was she ever a bartender? Bartenders are usually a little knowledgeable about life and can lend an ear and give some friendly advice to their patrons.
She’s not really good at anything.

I thought no one was above the law. She should welcome an investigation.

Wrong. Everyone in the world has the same rights. Issue is, not every government guarantees protection of those rights. Our government only guarantees protection of the rights for its citizens and those here legally. People here illegally broke the law to get here. They are not afforded the same protections at all.

The only right they have is to a speedy trial otherwise they’re here illegally and should be deported ASAP

it's a command -

Illegally coming across the border doesn’t make you a citizen and your rights are limited
