Free speech isn't aiding and abetting.

Notice she said “educating the public” and not “educating American citizens.”

The issue of due process is at the heart of many immigration cases, including Reno v. Flores, the 1993 Supreme Court case that has returned to the spotlight with the surge in family separations. The case led to an agreement requiring the government to release children to their parents, a relative or a licensed program within 20 days.
In the ruling, Justice Antonin Scalia wrote “it is well established that the Fifth Amendment entitles aliens to due process of law in deportation proceedings.”
quote:
The Sixth Amendment states that “In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall…have the assistance of counsel for his defense.”
The Supreme Court ruled in the 1963 case Gideon v Wainwright that if a person is too poor to hire an attorney, the government must appoint one.
quote:
First, in the case Plyler v. Doe, the Supreme Court ruled that if children who are citizens have access to a free, public education, so should undocumented immigrant children. That is because the 14th Amendment says the government cannot “deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”
quote:
The Fourth Amendment establishes the right “against unreasonable searches and seizures.”
What it means in practice: While this law would generally apply to both citizens and noncitizens, there is a key caveat known as the “border search exception.”
This exception dates back to the very first Congress, which passed a law allowing searchers at the border as a means to collecting duties.

While you maybe mostly correct, the fact that she responded to this with a statement, just shows that at least for a moment, that bitch was scared.

Now tell me one state that considers legal jurisdiction to anyone with a criminal record migrating to that state.
Jurisdiction is the biggest argument in this and it’s not their current location but where they’re from.
They enter our country illegally and do not have any entitlements here.

OMG. This dumb bitch thinks illegal aliens are just another member of the public, like a citizen. She is claiming also that she doesn't insider trade like the rest, and took none of the grift money like the rest. So she can only afford a public defender. I bet if she received 1/10 the amount of courts coming at her that DJT47 did, it would work just as good as giving her a giant, hot, steaming cup of STFU.
She needs to understand that the great country that her and her "Squad"-bitch sisters want to tear down want her to play a long game of hide and go frick herself. The majority has had enough of her BS.

You forgot to add into your case law that those that are breaking the law may/will lose rights. When you illegally enter the US there are many rights you lose.

Yes dummy. I think there’s a difference between not giving a reporter a seat in the WH press briefing room and jailing people for dissenting views. The latter is a threat to free speech, the former is not. Hope that helps!

What is illegal about explaining their rights to them?
Wasn't she giving them pointers about evading ICE and arrest? I don't think that's tantamount to Miranda.

They certainly have rights, and jurisdiction isn't an issue as federal jurisdiction extends anywhere in the US. So if they're here illegally, there will be federal jurisdiction over them.
