. When you illegally enter the US there are many rights you lose.
I never said they enjoy all the rights of citizens.
I was responding to a post saying they have no rights, and that's 100% incorrect.

Incorrect. What’s the point of citizenship then if they have rights?

Wasn't she giving them pointers about evading ICE and arrest?
That's the common meme but no actual evidence of this has been posted.
Most people who got into it pivoted to potential issues giving legal advice without a law license, which has nothing to do with what you posted (or they started with).

Shut your pie hole!! I predict that some of these things will no longer be true in a few years.

Incorrect.
I literally gave you an article with case citations, including a quote from Scalia.
Are you going to tell Scalia he's wrong?

They certainly have rights, and jurisdiction isn't an issue as federal jurisdiction extends anywhere in the US. So if they're here illegally, there will be federal jurisdiction over them.
Yep and it also against the law to aid or shelter them.

Free speech doesn’t cover telling a fugitive that the cops are coming. It’s called aiding and abetting.

The question here is “was she aiding or abetting”. Unfortunately I do not think so. What she is doing is probably legal but immoral.

While you maybe mostly correct, the fact that she responded to this with a statement, just shows that at least for a moment, that bitch was scared.
She's not scared of jackshit man. She likes the press and attention she gets from all this.

Never argued that. What I do argue is the rights they do have. A felon losses most.

Don't do the crime and you will not have to worry about doing the time.

She still should not be prosecuted or it.
And she is not. This is all theater.
What she did is the equivalent of flashing your headlights at on-coming vehicles in the opposite direction in order to warn them of a Police Safety Checkpoint that you just passed.
The Police don't like it when you interfere with their law enforcement operations. You'll get in trouble for that.
But, AOC is above the law? She can interfere with law enforcement operations and it's OK? Those days are over. Bring her in and sit her down for a talk.

She's big scared, not big mad.
I think that was the point, not that she's at any real risk yet.
Homan should have let her take it a little farther.

Which is perfectly legal & protected under the 1A per the SC.
What AOC did is a little murkier than that. She's telling them not to comply with law enforcement.
You have the right to share truthful, lawfully obtained information about law enforcement and tell people about their legal rights, as long as you’re not directly inciting or aiding and abetting illegal activity.
Questions.
Does that pertain to those who have crossed into our country illegally?
Would this be considered aiding & abetting? Inciting?
Did she obtain the info lawfully?
