He must be coming down and recovering from that massive amphetamine dose they gave him last night.
They probably hit him with a Halcion type drug to bring him down some as soon as they got him out of the public eye.

I live in rural Oklahoma brah.
To not know the signs when living here is to literally live under a rock, and I don't think that's even a guaranteed shelter from exposure to getterheads.
It only could've been more obvious if Biden had been chewing on his own ear, but even then the dim sycophants would still be in denial.

Former coworker had the same "tick". He was two-years sober, but still had some of the permatweek mannerisms. We called him Lizard Lick
