Not much of it in actual milk. It's found in colostrum.
You can buy lactoferrin as a supplement, though. If you're trying this regimen, that will be a lot closer to what was in the study.

There was a similar study conducted at the University of Michigan on lactoferrin with comparable results. And bovine colostrum proved to be as effective as human colostrum in blocking SARS Cov2 virus replication.

A family member has been on milk and Benadryl 48 hours.
Only COVID symptom has been fatigue, and there’s really been no change after 48 hours. No worse, no better.
He’s almost 80. Fully vaxxed and boosted.
Looks like your turn around was 24 hours.

Thanks. Didn't realize this. Just drank whole milk and it seemed to work.
