ANTIFA terrorist designation...how will it work in reality?

Is there any official charter, club, membership, business entity for ANTIFA? How will the govt prove someone "is antifa" if they are arrested?
Maybe I'm misunderstanding but isn't calling someone ANTIFA just like calling someone a "redneck" or a "yankee" or something like?
You know when someone is a coon arse or a west-banker but there is no formal membership or affiliation.

I would imagine just claiming to be antifa won't be enough. Owning flags won't be enough. They are going after organizations and we will learn more about whether Antifa exists as one in this context.

I imagine being part of Reddit/Discord groups called "ANTIFA", emails between "comrades", physical meet-ups in public wearing "ANTIFA" patches on their clothing while carrying "ANTIFA" flags and banners might be a hint in the right direction.

It’s a pretty safe bet if you’re a trans or DEI you’re probably an ANTIFA piece of shite. Further investigation will be done from there, and then the perp walk begins.

They aren't worried about the jack legs that do the actual chaos.
They want to go after the people funding it all. And by having the group designated as a terrorist organization, it gives them easier access to those folks.

I’d guess, pure guess, that the WH thinks it’ll be easier to look into finances and possibly take an investigation global if ANTIFA is designated a terrorist organization.

I’m sure the rats that get caught will fold under duress of long term consequences. Getting leaderships and funding infrastructure as well as hard evidence from communications will show structure of an organized effort. Because they aren’t chartered doesn’t mean they aren’t organized

The biggest thing is probably the banking/financial impact of being designated a terrorist organization. Any exchange of money related to them can be considered financing terrorism now.

ANTIFA is decentralized, but it has organizers and funding. Classifying them as a terror organization allows investigation into both without running afoul of violating individual constitutional rights. They'll have electronic trail that shows their alignment with the organization and directives from organizers associated with their actions. It's all about smoking out the funding.
You don't think that large groups of these folks and pallet loads of bricks just accidentally show up on their own and in the same place, do you? Or are you going by the Joe Biden, "ANTIFA is just and idea" concept? Because that's not smart.
