You think he wasn’t a captivating figure?
He didn’t/doesn’t have to be so for YOU in order to acknowledge that fact, you realize? I understand plenty of people who weren’t for me have won by being so to many others.

This would be the first presidential election ever won on that mindset.
Eddie Rispone came damn near close to winning the Louisiana Governor's race that way coming only within two points after running the worst campaign he could possibly run and alienating the other republican candidate's supporters.
It was also done in Kentucky in the same year as well with incumbent Matt Bevin losing to Andy Beshear.

Yes and look how that is working out for the people of Kentucky.
This is a great example though for those who will angry vote against Trump. Unless you are a far left moon bat, a vote for Biden will be a vote for the likes of AOC and her ilk. Hello Green New Deal, goodbye 2nd Amendment.

And you would get mad at me for intimating he was a poor candidate with the wrong strategy for defeating an incumbent.
Almost won.

Are there actual videos of the protests blocking the entrances?
Because none of the local Tulsa news has anything about that occurring, especially to a scale where it would account for half the place being empty.

Sentrius is naive not seeing that they are all corrupt with lobbyists in DC.
That Magical person and some others were freaked out concern trolling before they knew what happened.
They sounded like texhorn, never go TXhorn.
What pissed me off about joshnorris' thread was he said we can't ever criticize Trump. I can. With the war against Trump from both sides... joshnorris mistakes us being pissed off in defense of Trump--- for us idolizing him.
No one liked joshnorris threads better than I.

The day that Rispone decided to get negative against Abraham was the day that changed the calculus of the race and changed my opinion about JBE's chances of winning. What a huge gift that was to JBE. A huge self own and pyrrhic victory for Rispone, he won the battle but lost the war in the end.
I posted this thread shitting on that strategy and was downvoted and mocked pretty hard by Rispone supporters for posting constructive criticism that turned out to be correct in the long run and they all got a big fat nothing in the end. LINK

You're better than this. You cashing checks?

You can get momentum as a “protest”, but ultimately to get over the hump you have to captivate people.
If the fact that an “almost win” is your best example is not telling, I don’t know what is.
I have little doubt that Biden will almost win as well.

The crowd was fine. TV and online viewership was awesome.
Couldn’t realistically expect that many people to stay in and around Tulsa. There would have been 100’s of RV’s.
Look what happens to BR for LSU games.
Just another gotcha setup from the Dems.

Conservatives assuming everything is alright and not acting as if they need to ensure that there actually is more support is what will cost then the election in November.
“Silent majority”
“Antifa blocked us”
“2016”
Keep bringing up all of that shite to convince yourself “all is well” and then wonder why Biden wins.
This is spot on. For the record, I am voting Trump and always vote straight conservative. Only a fool would think things are just fine with the current Republican party.
Tucker Carlson tells his audience every night about BLM being the driving force of the Democratic party and that the other side of the aisle is just bending over and taking it. Frankly we are at war for our country and conservatives continue to think things are fine.
To the poster who who said elections are not won on hate I think you need to review 2016. Trump won because he wasnt Hillary. His base loved his speech last night, but it sucked.
He spent the first hour appearing weak and like an old man who is past his prime. His team better have a come to Jesus meeting him and set him straight on talking points.
Nobody cares what fake news says about him. Who gives a shite about last weekend in West Point? His story on saving $1.7 billion on Air Force One was beneath the Office of the Presidency and should be saved for his grand kids.
To win the vote from the undecided he needs to be strong. Talk to the country about the future. Stop telling us what you did, but tell us what you are going to do. Inspire its citizens about how he can lead us out of the problems we are facing.
If Trump continues with his current strategy Biden wins the office. The only thing that could turn things around are the debates, but there is no way Democrats will let Biden get on the debate stage. They will figure out some excuse to call them off and the Republican party will just take it and put up little or no fight.

I agree.
Electioneering at its core nature is retail marketing and the winning candidate is more often than not just simply better at that.

I can agree but it will also depend on the quality of the campaign he runs and how the debates go will be a factor.

He may not be running one right now but there's a campaign going on right now for him and there are tons of business, residences and neighborhoods that would agree with me while they're filing insurance claims as we speak.
