What does Amahd have to do with this?
The argument that the shooting was justified by the McMichaels was just what you're doing (making the self defense become the purported aggression)

Those guys went to jail
Not initially.

Random addition to the convo, but definitely weird jogging in work boots

Pretty wild how all these crackpots ended up at J6. The pied piper of Boomer malcontents.
Do you remember the bonkers Election Board? That rally was hyped up here for a couple weeks before J-6. And this ain’t the only home for crackpots.

I don't why you and others argue with a clown.

Did her local newspaper also write very skewed articles shining a big spotlight on her? That's what happened here just before the pardons happened. Charlotte Observer in nc had some front page articles about how scary it is that some irredeemable, evil j6ers who live in Charlotte will be pardoned. They listed the names. And in one instance, listed the pictures of local j6ers, in hopes of putting targets on their backs.

This is the Mandela Effect.
It never happened.
His autopsy says he was wearing “gray athletic shoes.”

It’s almost like the J6 crew were fricked up, unstable people.

No, the idiots who wanted to manufacture a defense for the racists tried to flip who was the aggressor, which is exactly what that poster was doing.

This is starting to get very fishy. Trump needs to investigate this, I fear the deep state has sent their “professionals” to make examples of the J6ers

If you point it at me and cause me the reasonable apprehension of fear or bodily injury (or whatever the similar standard is for that state), I'm permitted to respond using proportionate force.
Ok, this isn't to fight. This is a subject that I just want to have proper information put forth.
What is being described here, is Stand Your Ground Law.. And this is where it's not a universal law. It varies from state to state. And in some cases, some states do not have Stand Your Ground laws. OR the state may have an overruling Duty to Retreat Law.. Which means that you must attempt to flee the situation.
New Jersey, for example, has no Stand Your Ground Law. And is governed by Duty to Retreat.
I'm not posting to argue whether these laws are constitutional. They're not. Right to self defense is not a matter of constitutionality. If you disagree with these laws, take it up with the lawmakers who made them.
I'm just here saying that people need to know, what they need to know, to keep from getting put behind bars.

how about “stormed the Capitol?” Can we say that?
Posted on 1/28/25 at 9:41 pm to Wolfwireless
Almost none of that is accurate. You don’t need a stand your ground law in almost any state (perhaps with the exception of Minnesota) to defend yourself against someone brandishing a weapon.

It works both ways
Can you practice law in Kansas? I need someone to represent me in a case against my ex and I want to drive her batshit crazy and I know you could do that.

So baw in Alabama who killed the Georgia fire chief is good to go? A group of strangers showed on his property, and at least one of them was armed

I guess you haven’t seen the same footage and pictures that I’ve seen. Looks like an attack to me.

That one is going to be interesting. You don't get to kill someone just because they set foot on your property.
It will come down to whether or not he felt his life was in danger.
