Another example of the problem with policing in America

The problem here isn't that this is a shite cop. He is. I don't even think any of you will disagree
The the problems are the following
1. Make no mistake police used to get away with this shite all the time before cameras became common
2. He brazenly lied on a police report unless you watch this video and able to convince yourself that the guy on the motorcycle initiated the violence LOL
3. And nothing is going to happen to the mother fricker Beyond Maybe getting fired but probably just getting reprimanded
Number three is the real problem. It's not just a few bad apples if all of the other apples watch the Bad Apple and don't arrest the mother fricker. This video is a complete criminal act. 100% of criminal act and I mean it's a felony. Not a small felony. Frankly the guy on the motorcycle would have been completely Justified had he been armed and put a bullet in the Chief's head. This is 100% of felony and yet every time police officers commit these kinds of felonies about the worst thing that's going to happen to them is they get fired
Conservatives. Please join me and finally recognize that the police in this country are absolute shite and we're letting them get away with it because somebody is convinced us we're supposed to back the blue

I mean shite. Imagine you just finished arriving to work and as you're about to get off your bike and you look up and there's a gun in your face from a guy in plain clothes. And then he starts to attack you.
And I guarantee you if he had been a large person and somehow overcome the police chief the dude would have been charged. And if there hadn't been a camera that dude would have gone to jail.
So this kind of shite ain't funny in the least

Nah. And that's coming from someone that dealt with small town Louisiana bullshite for years. Now I just watch all the street racers on I-10 that never get pulled over, people driving with no lights on that never get lit up, etc. It's fine. The ATF and federal law enforcement are a bigger problem than local PDs and sheriffs.
Do you care about the J6'ers that are sitting in solitary for vandalism, at worst? No, you're probably just tired of cops harassing you, because you sound like a shady pot head who makes a lot of sudden movements and moves his hands around a lot when stopped.

Nah, I'm the guy with the buzz cut that puts his hands on the dash for a traffic violation. I've also been Terry stopped more than once for the sin of either printing or open carrying where it is legal. But OP has a lot of angst about an overaggressive cop, but has no thoughts about Ruby Ridge, Waco, or any number of far more impactful interactions with LEO that had more fatal consequences.

You get shitty cops when half the population always makes excuses for them regardless of how much you pay them
You also get shitty cops with pretty regular results in small towns.
This really isn't restricted to policing. If you give any group pretty much a free pass for bad behavior you're going to get a lot of bad behavior from that group. Look how well telling everybody that you weren't allowed to question women worked out. All you ended up with was more women willing to lie.

The police should produce
1. An audio record and call log of when the chief called in the motorcycle speeding and driving recklessly
2. An audio record and call log of subsequent communication when he was tracking down the motorcycle
3. Video footage from his vehicle
4. Their written policy and procedure for off duty stops.

Okay. Police everywhere are varying degrees of shitty. But in most countries the citizens have the good sense to recognize that fact. In hours half the citizens give them a fricking free pass
