Ok, but hear me out.

What if some of America's native population feels guilty and really really wants them to be allowed in anyway?

What then?

Anyone see the stories of the suspected gang members being misidentified because of tattoos? Supposedly a barber and a professional soccer player that were seeking Asylum In the U.S. and one had even gone through a port of entry(calling bs) were rounded up and sent to El Salvador

I made a lot of poor decisions in my younger and wilder days but I never had gang signs accidentally tattooed on my face. Just lucky I guess.

Don't be obtuse. Your argument is ignorant.

Why did the judge not try and block this flight?

You are an asset to the PoliBoard Brother John, but you DO know that judges can only act upon matters that are the subject of lawsuits that are assigned to those particular judges, right?

No one brought suit to stop this flight.

Which begs the question, "why?"... or why did they on those other flights? Who was on it that warranted such special attention?

If these are deportations handled though the usual process and does not involve solely AEA-claimed authority then they are probably not members of the subject class in the case in Boasberg’s court.

I would imagine Maduro promised the judge he would have them back into the USA ASAP, therefore, the judge "allowed" the flight. They are probably close friends.

It appears this was just a regular deportation of illegal immigrants, some of which were TDA members. No need to use the Alien Enemies Act.

So, it is not related to the TRO in Boasberg's case. Also explains why they weren't sent to the El Salvador prison.
