Yep, heard a radio show whining about it Friday because some guy that ended up in the El Salvador prison wasn’t a member of Tren de Aragua even though he had the gang’s tattoos. According to his mom, he got the tattoos in order to protect himself from the gang

You don’t seek asylum in the United States from fricking Venezuela, that’s not how this works. Your first safe country from there is Columbia. You can’t just skip over Columbia, Panama, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Guatemala, and Mexico and arrive in the US with a legitimate asylum claim. It’s all horse shite
