any poli board lawyers care to comment on what the DOJ can do to Judge Aileen Cannon?
have her home raided by the FBI? have the IRS raid her like they did Matt Taibbi?
didn't she make public a direct death threat to her voice mail at the court?
have they not already filed for her to recuse?

That Manifort case that Andy not-so-wise-man mentioned was a bogus case if I recall how it ended up playing out. Wasn’t that one the Ukrainian tied one that ended up being shown to be as made up as the Russia Russia Russia one?

Weissmann is every bit as delusional and evil as is Hamas. Both truly believe they are righteous and break the ‘rules’ in service to the greater good. I respect Hamas more than a slimy lawyer like Weissmann; at least Hamas lays their life on the line. He and his ilk should be…! Not going there on a Monday morning. Lord help us.

No, the prosecutors didn’t seek leave of court to file what amounted to another brief. That shouldn’t have been filed ex parte for the exact reason that the defense is denied an opportunity to respond. Notices of collateral proceedings are to be very brief filings. This wasn’t.
