I’m assuming you went through the NOC. Love that place. We went the other way to GSMNP thinking we could avoid the crowds in the gorge. We were wrong.

This nation’s massive command and control government now stands in complete opposition to the principles this nation was founded upon. Just to have secession as a legitimate bargaining tool alone would be a tremendous transfer of power to the individual states. Our nation was indeed founded upon the right to address irreconcilable differences through political separatism — on that matter there is no debate:

Tons of good breweries around here. We had a bad mudslide in the gorge not far from the NOC about a week before the holiday weekend.
Private industry cleared it with the quickness after NC DOT took their sweet time. Just saying.

The central government and president of the US are way too powerful. The US should basically be 50 different nations with the central government tasked with only a few things. However, cults of personality, starting with Lincoln and then Teddy Roosevelt, have led the central government to become far too powerful. Such diversity under one government will not work and has led to what we have today.

His post was much more of frustration rather than cowardice. The left has hijacked the minds of the weak by media manipulation and academia. Most people don't understand what the term "freedom" even means anymore, especially in regards to self preservation.
The previous points are what he is frustrated by. IMO, Trump being elected (and most likely re-elected) is a Beacon of hope for the country. We have to fight socialism/communism head on, which probably means behind a gun when it's all said and done. Antifa and BLM are domestic terrorist that are being fueled by the propaganda machine in our country, and need to be dealt with accordingly.

There are two points that I would like to see Trump openly confront Biden with; demand that Biden respond. Perhaps on the Debate Stage (which likely will not happen).
1. Should people that receive Government subsidization be required to work...being that those taxpayers who pay for said Subsidization, are required to pay taxes?
2. Do Individuals have "inalienable, Constitutional Rights" that come from God, and which can not be negated by a Democratic majority vote?
Trump should hold these questions hidden, and spring them as definitive statement on Biden and not as questions...but as assumptions which Biden holds. Biden will have to respond. If he denies God-given Rights...he disqualifies Himself as a potential POTUS.
Political discourse from here forward, is no longer about winning votes; it is now about establishing the public, moral high ground, which will then justify the killing which is obviously in the cards. Sad but true.
Pray for vision and mercy.
