If the organization can't meet the compliance standards of a private company like Amazon they need to be audited by the IRS.

Why should anybody be surprised that the BLM 'Leadership' grabbed the cash and split. BLM has always essentially been a money con; a systematic form of coercive panhandling based on the 'systematic racism' bs. Think Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton with a Marxist bent. If BLM had been honest, they would have embraced the Churches/Pastors who know and admit that the carnage in Black Youth is caused by an ABSENCE of Fathers/authority figures in the Black family culture.
