In a free society you don't need a high IQ to succeed. You don't need a good education. All you have to do to get a job today is:
a. show up on time every day.
b. be polite to customers and co-workers.
If you can also read and write and do basic arithmetic you'll get promoted to manager.

The game is rigged alright ... in favor of the elites ... globalist elites that are quite happy to have everyone else fighting and squabbling among themselves ... so that they don't turn their anger on the elites themselves.

The "black community" is its own worst enemy. After eons of either living in shithole countries or enslaved by other cultures, they now have the greatest of freedoms to prosper in a capitalistic society as a citizen of the USA. Many blacks have taken advantage of their opportunity and enjoy a quality of life unimaginable not that long ago. The rest appear to want a pound of flesh from the same country that has provided ample opportunity after admitting and correcting oppressive behavior. Until their mindset changes, their circumstances won't.

Every dominant civilization has faltered throughout time and yet it was set for the majority to prosper. Middle Eastern empires, China dynasties, Roman Empire. At some point all of these people have also been at the shite end of the stick. We are but a blink of time. However the sins of those already gone are being applied to those who have no way reconcile them. The United States of America in 2020 is the pinnacle of technological, medical, and civic advances in the history of all mankind. Leftists decry this country and it’s majority in the goal of Marxism being spread through class warfare.

Where does this talking point come from?
Generational wealth is a pretty new thing. The boomers are the first to really benefit from it, and most of them will outlive their wealth and won't pass much on.
My parents had to buy their parents homes from Medicaid. This rigged game has benefitted them much yet.
