Who you’re attracted to, where you like to put your penis, and what you like a man to do with his penis to you aren’t accomplishments. If you feel proud about those things, you have mental health issues. Your sexual preferences are just that. You shouldn’t be proud for being homosexual anymore than I should for being heterosexual.

I've always wondered this. Why are you so proud of where you stick your penis to satisfy your basest instinct? Why does your sexual pleasure preference encompass your entire identity?

Precisely because Christ called us to crucify our based (fleshly) instincts. They not only fail to put away the fleshly desires--they choose to elevate them to the most important of virtues.

I remember when the argument was "What happens in the bedroom stays in the bedroom."

People use a lot of things to base an identity around.

For some, it's their faith and their family.

For others, it's their city or their career.

For some, it's their hobbies or their education.

Some people don't have a lot of friends, they aren't close to their family, don't have a real rewarding career, aren't involved in a church. Many of these people turn to politics for a sense of belonging. Just like hobbies or church, political organizations, or peer groups of people of similar ethnicity or sexual presence can provide a sense of community to people who otherwise feel isolated. With a sense of community comes identity. Over time, identity politics has a habit of engulfing one's community, isolating them from any other sense of belonging, and piece by piece taking over their entire personality. This is by no means isolated to people on the left side of the political spectrum, either.

The reality is that politics tends to embrace 3 different kinds of people:
1. Grifters with tons of natural charisma
2. Wealthy folks who want to exchange money for access
3. Socially isolated people who don't have a lot of friends, hobbies, or other sources of belonging to things larger than themselves.

The grifters run for office, the wealthy folks pay the bills, and the weirdos do all the work.

Thank you well said I just don’t get it what’s to be proud of… now don’t get me wrong when I got some for the first time I stood on the balcony of my apartment smoking a cigarette with my shirt off like a boss, I was so proud of myself… but it was a personal accomplishment, and I kept at it, hahaha…the point is nobody cares if you fricked, or who u fricked, yet it’s what makes the world go
round… if you do it right… enjoy yourself frickers.

No, no it's good to have the transcript for those who don't have the time to watch (but it's only a couple of minutes)

But people who inherit wealth through birth are undeserving of the wealth and privilege and will be punished through a death tax before inheritance?

Are straight, sisgendered people excluded from the alphabet people? If so that would be discrimination.

I've never understood why people want to be classified by their sexual preferences. Woman (and I am one) bitch and moan about being seen as sexual objects, then choose a classification that turns them into just that. It's stupid and unnecessary. People are people. Keep your damned desires in your damned bedroom. Nobody wants to know, nobody cares.

of note: I am a woman
of note II: statements above apply to consensual adult sex, any other kind and people care a whole helluva lot

I mean It’s not like they’ve been welcom with open arms by society for all of history.

This has always been sorta. Big deal and even currently there are people pushing against basic rights for them.

So if they counter that by saying”I am actually proud of who I am“ i get jt.

Chances are you’re proud of a few Things that aren’t really accomplishments either.

Don’t they realize straight, cisgendered people are needed to create more alphabet people?

They would go extinct without us.
