Somehow I doubt she was advertising those particular “outreach” efforts on Twitter, be it toward excessively young children or a starlet just under the age of consent.

For all we know, this could be what the counts are referring to when they were underage and that could technically be children.
Or Allison Mack is a sick and fricked in the head woman and was actively hawking innocent little kids and completely robbing them of their innocence in the most vile, evil and cruel way possible.
I hope the latter's not true because children that are victims of pedophiles have almost no hope for them and live a hard life if they don't become pedophiles themselves.
