Let your butthurt out, it will surely help Trump in his multitude of legal matters

His post is not incorrect, but he is doing exactly what he accuses Habba of doing. Lying by omission. This limiting of questions is just a continuation of ruling against trump every chance and hamstringing any opportunity for a fair hearing. This will be overturned on appeal. It was a disgusting display and even those of you that hate trump should be against this weaponization of the justice system.
They support this political persecution.
They are simply exposing themselves with their responses.

Oh look, you’re pretending to be a lawyer again

Indeed. Everyone should know a few things about this case.
It's hard to find on Google, so here's what you need to know about E. Jean Carroll, most of which was deemed "inadmissible" by the judge:
- She couldn't recall the date, month, season, or year the incident happened
- She never told anyone about it, despite being publicly obsessed with her own sexuality
- The dress she claims to have been wearing didn't exist at the time
- Her description of the dressing room at Bergdorf Goodman was inaccurate, making her sequence of events impossible
- Her lawsuit was bankrolled by Jeffrey Epstein pal and Democrat (and Nikki Haley) mega-donor Reid Hoffman
- Democrats created a law (The Adult Survivors Act in 2022) to enable her lawsuit to proceed
- Her accusation is the exact plotline of an episode of Law & Order (one of her "favorite shows")
- Trump's Apprentice was also one of her favorite shows
- She has a history of falsely accusing men of r*pe, including Les Moonves
- She told Anderson Cooper, "most people think of r*pe as being sexy. Think of the fantasies."
- She made a career promoting promiscuity, even writing glowingly of sexual assault and naming her cat Vagina

The biggest tell of all these past 15 years is that the 'progressives' know damn well that should conservatives ever get back substantial power that they would never descend into the tyrannical methodology of the 'progressives' - they know they can bide their time 'unburdened' by any concern over 'retaliation' that was not above board. They know conservatives will fight to protect 'progressives' ' rights' just as much as their own.
This is one of the main reasons I left the Democrat party over a decade ago. I saw what direction this was going. No way in hell I could promote these types of things for fellow Americans, even if I disagreed with them politically.
Yet, here we are.
I too am sick of Trump and his arrogance, but what he is exposing is terrifying. Seeing people support it is worse.
There's a reason I've been saying for years here that the left wants to fleece you and jail you. I got laughed at. Well, here we are. "Moderates" and Progressives are cheering this on as well as the Jan6 prisoners.

I’m going to love seeing you melt when he beats Dementia Joe…again!

This case was rigged and many people have said so. Frankly if you look at what's happening it's a disgrace, it's like nothing we've ever seen and by the way it's horrible. Sleepy Joe is a complete and total failure and a very weak person and a nasty person.

Trump would help himself if his number one qualification when selecting an attorney wasn't how she looks in a bikini.

Unlike Habba I was careful to define the scope of my discussion. I pointed out that there were plenty of issues for one to be upset about in the meta-view of this trial but the limit of her questioning is not one.
While there are arguably reversible errors (there are always arguments to be made) unless he gets competent representation Trump will have a hard row to hoe. Ineffective assistance of counsel doesn't apply to civil cases, if it did this would be by far his strongest argument for a trial de novo.
I have to ask, does the basic incompetency Habba showed in the courtroom not infuriate you?

Btw, I would never vote for you.
I take that to mean you're not a supporter of the Second Amendment. That's a shame.

Out of the 100s of attorneys I have seen plying their trade in a trial court, she is one of a very few that looked like they had never tried a case in their life and most of that handful were indeed trying their first case.
Well, given Trump's long history of not paying people, does it surprise anyone that she has the case? She went from being someone no one who had ever heard of to being the former president's high profile attorney. Most attorneys who (a) didn't need the money, or (b), didn't need the publicity, were never going to take the case.

Former Trump attorney slams Habba after defamation verdict: ‘I would regret having her’
I think there is going to be issues with malpractice carriers willing to cover attorneys working for these people in the future.
quote:
“I would regret having her represent him,” Tim Parlatore told CNN anchor Kaitlan Collins. “I mean, I do think that in both of these trials, he was essentially undefended. And I think that it could have turned out differently.”

Sexism benefits women
right. when someone says a woman's tits are her best asset it doesn't make it true. it only hyperinflates another attribute of the woman leaving her "best asset" in tact.
I can see how that may be demeaning but people are built the way people are built. the surface qualities get you in the door most of the time. the deeper qualities keep you there. just life.

He left his objective legal analysis alone long ago. He’s a rabid partisan now.

She’d probably intellectually run circles around you Buck AND still look better in a bikini than you do.

Let's get something straight, Habba is lying to you by omission, She is absolutely unqualified to be 1st chair in a $1000 Burger King bump up case much less than a case with millions of dollars on the line BUT she knew good and well she would not be able to pursue the line of questioning she attempted to because no judge is going to let you relitigate a previous case in a follow-on case.
So what line of questioning was she going to try? As for relitigating the case that is exactly what this case was. After all Trump said she lied, he has every right to say she lied. There was no evidence of a rape. Carroll could not even pin down the year it supposedly happened. Without a date or time how is anybody supposed to come up with an alibi? So the reality of it both cases are bullschit. Just like your advocacy of blithering idiocy. Kaplan is a jackass, probably just like you are. Biden voting trash.

Let's get this straight, the whole fricking trial based on unsubstantiated claims of sexual assault from a woman who couldn't recall the details of the sexual assault or produce any hard evidence to prove Trump and this lady were ever alone together. Where are the witnesses and the proof? Yes, let's get this straight.
