Alabama Legislature Passes Bill Banning Biological Males From Girls Sports In K-12 Schools
By Charlotte Pence Bond
Apr 15, 2021

On Thursday, the Alabama state legislature passed a bill that would prohibit K-12 schools from allowing biological males to participate in girls sports.

The legislation states that “no public K-12 school may participate in, sponsor, or provide coaching staff for interscholastic athletic events at which athletes are allowed to participate in competition against athletes who are of a different biological gender, unless the event specifically includes both biological genders.”

Looks like the NCAA is going to have to ban Alabama and Auburn football.

If the ncaa is serious about their wikeness then No alabama school can be eligible for ncaa titles nor can the state host any championship games of any sort

I'll be dang. Kinda line what Gov. Noem just got raked over for.

The collegiate needs to save themselves on this. They are the ones losing scholarships while clapping for these men on the winner's podium.

Agreed. Just like they were cowards to avoid constitutional carry earlier in the session.

It’ll be more than that.
State leges are in session—many with pending bills.

If I hadn’t recently moved to Texas, I’d be considering Alabama. They seem to have a bit better handle on these liberal issues that are plaguing the rest of America and the jobs to go with it. Huntsville seems like a great place to live from the little I know about it. If this Houston thing doesn’t work out, they’re at least worthy of my consideration. Not that I’m anything special, but I am to me.
