Some of the best A10 pilots are women.
There is one who famously flew 100 miles back from a combat mission in Iraq only to find out that her plane was basically being held together with duct tape when she landed and inspected the damage.

I believe the last generation of fighter pilots has already been born. Won’t matter in a decade. The human is now the weakest part of the machine.

And it raises a correlated point about the moral dissipation of our larger culture. Vibrant cultures celebrate masculinity and femininity as the apex of civilization.

I actually agree with this. A smaller body mass and a lower center of gravity is an advantage in supersonic flight.
Since women are on average shorter and smaller than men, there is a potential in-born physical advantage for female pilots in that respect. With that said, the larger point still remains.

I once knew a Marine Corps Rifle Instructor who told me unequivocally that women on average are better sharpshooters than men because they are more coachable. Be that as it may, the argument here is a moral argument, not an argument about technical capabilities.

Those ladies are true badasses. Most people have zero clue just how difficult it is to be come an AF pilot, much less a damn fighter pilot.

I was just about to make this comment. Typically when a profession starts promoting diversity it indicates a peak in demand for that labor. There's a pilot shortage, and technological innovation deeming them useless. I haven't read up much on modern warfare, but I do know hot wars will look much different in the future.
