This is a seperation of powers issue, not a civil rights issue. They are arguing that the president is acting beyond the scope of his inumerated powers under the Constitution and those granted to him by Congress.

Breaking: LSUNation78 is suing the ACLU over it suing the Trump admin.
“This is a patently absurd lawsuit intended as obstruction of lawful, consitutional, act. This does severe damage to the well being of American communities.”

ACLU has severely jumped the shark. The used to at least have principles but now just seem like left wing hacks trying to implement progressive agendas using name recognition from the past. Long gone are the days of defending free speach even if it means sticking up for kkk and the like and now hey don’t give a shite about the bill of rights they just want to push the progressive narrative. Which is a shame because we desperately need an ACLU out there, jut not this one.
