1) Simple Majority Vote if the President Signs
2) Veto poof Majority
Congress passed that law themselves and Ford signed it.
Therefore Trump isn't going around Congress because they can nullify the Emergency Declaration if they so choose.

That is correct as far as it goes.
We allow over 1 million legal immigrants a year. Most of these are self sustaining people who can afford to come and who are higher skilled people.
It is propaganda to group those who came here legally and overstayed their visas with those who came here illegally
The 500k illegals are typically low skilled peoples who are more of a drain on our finances than benefit.
