It’s slightly more than half that overstay visas and there are still over 50k per month getting apprehended at the border with many more getting through. Now we have foreign groups organizing caravans of thousands to storm our border.

No one is saying we shouldn’t seek and deport Visa overstays, but to call what’s happening at the southern border anything less than a human crisis is callous. If 600 swine flu deaths are a national emergency, wtf is this?

To assume walls don’t work when CBP is begging for one shows you’ve been spending too much time with lefties.

Are they suing over hate crimes that by definition punish only evil thoughts? No. Because they are now just a limb of the Democrat Party. Not quite as bad as the SPLC, but creeping close.

The Wall is a bad idea for the ecology of native animal species. The Mexican grey wolf, the jaguar, the ocelot, and desert owl species that characteristically fly no higher than about 6 feet off the ground will become sequestered on their sides of the border, and will be subject to inbreeding, if they breed at all.

These are classified as illegals as much as the guy that swims the Rio Grande. There's no difference.

Factually incorrect

It is not a criminal offense to overstay a VISA
The penalty for overstaying your VISA is deportation

Whereas it is a misdemeanor to enter the country illegally, with fines and up to 6 months in Jail and deportation.
