If she was a rising star, they wouldn't be trotting her out to give the response to the SOTU. The response to SOTU is essentially a career killer for majority of speakers. She is being sacrificed pretty early on to narrow the field because she does not have nationwide appeal, and couldn't even win in her own state.
The left is hitching their wagons behind Kamala Harris, Clinton, Sanders, and Warren. You won't see these idiots making SOTU response speeches.

Theres actually a rumor here among some in Georgia that she is in fact a closeted lesbian and is going to whip this out at the perfect time to get max lib points. My bets are its against David Purdue in 2020 but she will get shelled and Purdue is generally liked in the state. Or maybe they are planning something bigger with her like a run in 2024 if Trump wins election.
