For not taking the vaccine. They're giving me an Article 92 for "failing to follow an order" and giving me an admin discharge. I outright told them "no" and they weren't too happy, but I'm not about to be a lab rat.

Honestly I'll be glad to get out, I'll lose my VA benefits but I'll keep my principles.
How many other vaccines have you disputed?

When it was Ja'Marr Chase and Simone Biles, we called this "quitting". Good riddance.

the military essentially forces you to get ton of vaccines including yellow fever, anthrax, small pox and others the general populace doesn't get

The general populace also isn't likely to be ordered to go somewhere foreign where things like yellow fever and smallpox may threaten them.

That’s not the norm in what’s been going on especially because it’s not even mandatory until November

Giving you a preemptive Article 92 and and admin discharge before a mandatory requirement sounds illegal

They might classify you and non deployable which under rules put in by Trump makes you eligible to be non voluntary separated. A move we all were happy about to get the scum bags who skirt deployments and tdys out of the military

Honestly this post sound like a troll or plant

Just shows what a disingenuous frick you are comparing playing a freaking sport to someone's military service.

Yep if this is true there has to be more to the story. The Air Force does not admin separate without a paper trail or something of serious offense. There appears to be more to this story.

Airman again I ask you, what does you PIF look like? Have you had other administrative or NJP actions against you over the past 4 years?

Operators sure

The rest of the personal it’s literally a crapshoot bc AFPC picks your base

It has to be Shaw

I knew it, my homey. thanks, you confirmed.

The OP is probably a fringe board troll trying to rile up people to being anti-vax because it is the mark of the beast.

But it could also be a plant. OP saying at such a low rank-- he works with the three letter agencies is not norm either

That’s not how the military works

You conform to the military not the other way around

It’s why so many people get kicked out their first couple years

Yea, those guys who are in 4 to 6 years really enjoy a HUGH financial separation from the services. Folks like you have no idea about the military always think you do.

If he does what he says he does

His clearance and skill set gets him six figures out the door

Getting an Article 92 throws that all away

I haven't had any NJP's. My command has set a deadline for everyone to be vaccinated, I told my flight chief that I refuse the vaccine. I was then told that that was refusal to follow an order which would result in an Article 92 and that I would he separated. As far as the type of separation goes they've told me it may be classified as general or other than honorable. I'm in contact now with the ADC to work out the details of what exactly will happen. My command has made it clear that the 92 and separation is what I'm facing
