IMO, he didnt want the guy to die, if he did, he would have done what all Marines used to be taught to do: Lock the jaw, pinch the nose cover the mouth with the left hand, while using appropriate pressure on the jugular and throat with the hard bones of your right hand wrist, hold it while he struggles.

I hate cities and have a hard time understanding why anyone enjoys them. You can’t pile that many animals on top of each other without excrement and general filth dominating the area. Instead of a field of wild flowers, or even fresh kudzu, you get diesel exhaust and doodoo. It’s unnatural and hideous.

As I said before, If you really want to kill a guy, and you have that hold, you use your left hand to lock their chin, use your palm to press against their lips and mouth, and us your fingers to pinch their nose. Cut off all pathways of breathing.
He never did all of that. He wasn't trying to kill the guy.

Because he wasn't trying to kill the guy. As has already been explained, if he wanted to kill the guy, it could have happened in 5 minutes or less. If he was a real Bad arse Marine. Less than 10 seconds.

I would of went to head lock, then pushed him against the other riders, and when he bounced off them and came back, would of given him a tombstone, then dropped the leg and put the pin on.
