No way that this is a valid poll.

That is correct.

This country deserves to be on its path to hell and failure if killing babies is the #1 issue

Please explain to us how Trump unilaterally did that.
how it started

But when moderator Chris Wallace pressed him on whether he wanted the ruling overturned, Trump said, “That will happen, automatically in my opinion,” because he would get to nominate potentially several justices to the court.
how its going
quote:
After 50 years of failure, with nobody coming even close, I was able to kill Roe v. Wade, much to the ‘shock’ of everyone,” Trump, the former president and front-runner for the 2024 Republican nomination, said on his social media platform.
He ran on this in 2016 and is running on it in 2024

That is not going to happen with this demographic.

You're better than getting emotional like this.

Roe was a bad ruling based on its shaky legal theories, not that it applied nation-wide. Rescinding Roe just put the issue back at the default that existed prior to Roe, which was state-based. Dobbs did not directly state that abortion was a state issue, and Kavanaugh's concurrence even referenced the lack of a Congressional action.
Please so me in the constitution where it’s an enumerated right for the Federal Government? I’ll shut the frick up while you do this.

I live in a big city. This is a fact. Abortion is the #1 issue for these women here. They are completely fine paying $8/gallon for gas, paying triple what they paid for groceries over 4 years ago, & are okay with watching the entire world crumble around them as long as women can get an abortion any time they want. I know these women. They are everywhere here. It is insane.
That is correct, for the reasons I've previously stated - preservation of their high SMV.

How big of a group is this? And does it make sense this would out weight safety and food?
Posted on 8/26/24 at 9:09 am to stout
This doesn’t tell much unless you break down which percentage is pro life or pro abortion. That just says abortion in general.
Some of that 39% could be strongly anti abortion

they don't understand the exact same logic, where if the DEMs win, there will be more abortions.
Agreed. I should have clarified that more in my OP. Abortion is a loser nationally. I am not saying abandon your stance on it but maybe look at the bigger picture that we must win to stop Dems from passing national abortion legislation.

Imagine your number one motivation is to be able to kill your own flesh and blood.

So, any woman whose #1 priority is legal abortion is never voting Republican. Luckily, there are 61% of women whose number 1 priority is something else.
Also, it seems at least possible that some of the 39% are women whose #1 priority is banning abortion. Probably not most, but some. The choice wasn't "ensuring abortion is legal."

Roe was terrible law. You know that. It’s a State issue. You know that. What happens now is up to individual states. You know that.

They can almost assuredly fit it into the current interpretation of the ICC, like they do with literally any other federal regulation on medical procedures. Anytime you've ever heard of the federal government (either directly or through an executive agency) regulating or banning any other medical procedure or treatment, you'll be seeing an example of this.
They can also back door it by withholding federal money for medical treatments (Which are huge chunks of every state budget, via Medicaid, Medicare, and ACA subsidies) for states who have too restrictive of abortion regulations.

WTF is a "suburban woman"? My DIL is a suburban woman and her sister in law is a suburban woman and their future SIL will be a suburban woman. And they take pictures of their kids and put them on Facebook. Get out of here with that suburban woman shite.
