ABC News has learned that the 28-point peace plan presented by the U.S. to Ukraine in Geneva has been revised to a 19-point peace plan that no longer includes a point on the issue of amnesty regarding acts committed during the war, as well as limits on the future size of Ukraine's military.

We started this, the US. We then spent 100s of billions giving ukraine weapons and tech and training. If this had been done by the Russians in Mexico we would be in a nuclear war. Instead Putin has stayed conventional, not provoked the US, certainly not to the extent we have.

If the US dissolved and there was no successor state uniting the states, the weapons in each state would presumably devolve to the individual states.
