A Third Of All DC District Judges Were Not Born In United States

Of all the judges in the U.S. all five foreign-born judges of the D.C. court managed to get their fingerprints on controversial Trump cases.

The United States District Court for the District of Columbia, the source of many of the cases interfering with President Donald Trump’s authority, has 15 judges, (Counting Chief Judge James Boasberg) and five of them were born outside the United States. While country of origin doesn’t come up in most jobs, it is worth asking if judges with ties to foreign nations and cultures are the right ones to make decisions affecting the U.S. military or immigration.

I saw that on Gateway Pundit... infuriating. You can't expect foreign born/cultured people to have a solid understanding of American Justice... especially when these particular 'judges' weren't even judges before this specific appointment.
Call me whatever, but American Judges need to be American born, to American parents raised in American culture and education. As much as I, at times, loathe aspects of education in America... it beats the alternative.

Nowhere near one third of my coworkers are foreign born.
I'm in O&G a GLOBAL business.
It makes sense that we'd have a lot of foreign folks.
There's no logic for Judges to be overwhelmingly foreign born.

Steve Bannon reported the other day that 40% of all faculty at Columbia University are foreign born.
At some point down the line the globalists installed their people throughout our institutions and we didnt even notice.

Did we not notice or were we white or American shamed, called racist, islamaphobic, xenophobic, etc...?
That 'melting pot' diversity is our strength brainwashing was done with purpose.

Unless you look at it from the perspective that the U.S. cannot exist in its current form for the globalist agenda to move forward AND that there have been elected officials that are beholden to the globalist agenda, including several that were POTUS...

You can. the law isn’t a cultural matter. it’s a professional practice.
By Statue they are all required to be citizens.

Yes, the law IS a cultural matter. It is 99% cultural. Try doing Law the American way in.. say, Haiti. They are wholly unsuited to it.
Some cultures value it, many don't. The Law is based ON our culture, IN our culture, for the benefit and protection OF our culture.

Is that how it works in middle east? You want those immigrants on the Federal bench?

I would argue that the melting pot diversity approach was actually pretty effective in terms of bringing the best and brightest to generate optimal outcomes for decades under a more unified "American" culture and ethos.
I would also argue that once the melting pot approach hit a critical mass it was co-opted and weaponized by leftists to take down the system they had long despised, but lacked the means to subvert effectively for generations. Thus the melting pot became the salad bowl in which the ingredients never blended together and then ultimately we got critical race theory and other overtly marxist ideologies as the guiding ethos and the entire structure began to collapse.
With a return to a meritocracy and the integration of conservative populism to push towards better outcomes for the middle and upper middle class we can find our way back if the "expert class" and MSM are exposed, rebuilt and brought back online in their intended functions, but until that happens we are stuck in a cultural civil war with people who don't share American values and are bitterly opposed to a return to that path.

With the exception of Canada, all those other judges' home countries require you to be a natural born citizen to be a federal judge
