Parents this is what happens when you allow your kid to get liberal arts degrees is that they teach your child to hate you. They convince the kids that you are their enemy and that you don’t love them and it’s in fact the teachers that are their true family and friends, despite the fact that they won’t say another word to you after you’ve finished their class.

I was raised free range and I raised my son free range. I did not want or need supervision. Son turned out great. I saw a fascinating study on the concept.
They took aerial photos of elementary school playgrounds during recess and they discovered a consistent behavior:
a. When the playground had fencing protecting children from going into the streets you could see that about 80% were playing near the fence.
b. When the play ground had no protection from the street you could see almost zero kids playing near the street.
Conclusion: When you set firm limits for your kids, they will test those limits. When they are free range they get really careful.
