They are doing the same thing with this that they did with HIV…. Cannot make it a “ghey” disease or a “sexual deviance” disease…. Might hurt some feelings…

This is just like the 80's and HIV.
I can remember talking about it and people saying it was a disease of the gay population, which it had started in the gay population. The problem was it began to spread to the entire population. I wonder how long it will be before that happens?
I don't really care who you have sex with, but my gosh how stupid to have unprotected sex these days! With all the information out there about HIV and now Monkey pox, I have a difficult time having much empathy with people who contract this by not suiting up!

It will be just like HIV, started and spread by gays till it gets into the bi community and then the normal community and then everyone will pretend they forget its orgins.
