This is from Germany (literally Germans), but I imagine it's pretty much the same throughout the West. It's one of those things that you already knew, even before you saw the stats.

It is the same here. That is why they hardly ever post before 10:00. Once they wake up and mom cuts up their waffles it is already 9:30.
