Because the majority live in inner-city food deserts. The white man doesn't provide healthy food choices in these deserts, therefore poor diet leads to increased co-morbidities and certain China virus death.

There are no food deserts in inner cities, just lazy people who don’t want to cook healthy balanced meals. My Dad grew up dirt poor and 30 miles from the nearest grocery store and magically ate vegetables with every meal.
