You obviously have never raised a child or experienced a deep loss of a child in your family and the absolute devastation that does to the victims of crimes.
Absolutely NO ONE is minimizing the impact that this tragedy has had, and will continue to have, upon that little girl's family, friends and community.
We are just asking why the OP seems utterly convinced that a traffic accident in BFE Idaho should be a national news story.
Yes, the driver was breaking the law. Here is a newsflash. Someone is breaking the law in a significant percentage of fatal traffic accidents, sometimes even federal law. That fact does not transmute every traffic death into a national story.
Should every traffic death involving a drunk driver be a national story? Every traffic death involving a controlled substance? Hell, every death involving an illegal firearm?
TBT, you just have your panties in a bunch over one particular statutory violation that especially annoys YOU.
