Well, Coligny is where the trashy element usually goes to on Hilton Head, but that is still a fairly calm and middle class area. Coligny is basically 4 square blocks of a fairly nice Myrtle Beach.

They are making it a point to go into affluent white areas and do this shite how. The teen take overs and riots have been doing it around the country this summer. They rioted in Newport Beach last night.

Been over a decade since I went to Hilton Head it apparently a lot has changed. Article from 5 days ago:
Coligny Beach prepares for heat, crowds and overnight security issues

“Over the past several years we’ve had increased complaints of juveniles and young adults and large groups gathering, fighting, bringing handguns to the beach, doing drugs, alcohol, underage drinking,” Bromage said. “So that’s what kind of led to where we’re at.”
