I would think it is appropriate to say "college degree" as most of them get theirs from diploma mills.

You beat me to it by a nose.

I'd like to see the actual data being cited here.

What's the point, you'll probably just disagree with it

That's part of what I was trying to get at. "The government" is a pretty broad term.

65% dude.

That stat is so outlandish that it's hard to believe.

But, if it's true, there's no slicing it in a way that minimizes it.

The school where I work has 4 counselors. All 4 are black women.

It's better than watching fake court shows on the sofa all day popping out kids and collecting welfare checks.

Unless you have to deal with one of them as a citizen in their official capacity.

If one of them is what's standing between you and the permit you need or the Medicare approval you need or some nonsense at school, then it's decidedly not better.

Duh. Every college in America has been busy doing social justice by basically giving out education degrees (along with pensions and health insurance) the last 50 years….and how’s educating the kids going?

They literally have no job market

It's always been city, State, Fed, government.

Social workers, housing Departments, etc.

Shite go to a DMV in any City...and we wonder why the lines are so long, every employee is on break.

DEI is pretty recent. I would guess this trend has gone back quite some time.

Is this including state governments, or just the fed?

I have talking about reparations since middle of last year.

If you steal, you steal in front of someones face, theyll never believe it.

We didnt.

Now we do.

If you cant see this, you are blind.

You dont even need to be told. Just watch your local tv, state news, and national news.

Every government official outside of sitting congress seems to be black.

I'm 54. It's been that way at least my whole adult life, maybe longer.

Most civil servants are a different breed than normal productive people are used to. Most of the jobs these women have are probably lower paying, based on my experience. They are looking for a place to park and trade off low pay for low responsibility and low chance of losing a job.

I've lived in the South my entire life and had hundreds of interactions with municipal black ladies, naturally, from automobile paperwork to marriage certificates, and any time there's been any sort of problem they, not me, they immediately pull in a supervisor to fix their mistake or otherwise help me fix my mistake. I've never had to argue with any of them.

The black women y'all need to resent are not the ones who get up early, get dressed, put on make up, drop their kids off at school, then go to work for 8 hours.

Result wouldn't surprise me, but the method for reaching that specific percentage seems dubious. It's an AI number of between "50% and 65%." Based on assumptions, not on data.
