I do admit, I love how Trump makes the dems melt down daily
This shite was entertaining for a few years. Doesn't interest me in the fricking least now
The consolidated power of our opposition is far too mammoth to play these games any longer. Ive watched these people construct too many fantasy narratives out of thin air and repeat them until millions and millions of voters treat as hard reality
Corporate America is openly shoving soft CRT policy down peoples throats, social media is 100% in the bag for democrats, mainstream news networks have incited mass violence across the country, millions of illegals are pouring into the country with the promise of immediate free Healthcare, you could go on and on and on..
This shite isn't backyard football. It's an attempt to violently force the country so far in a radical insane direction that the "center" is further left than we could even conceive of a decade or so ago
I love Trump but we need an agile minded statesman and masterful communicator going forward. His traveling circus roving around rural America calling all the major metro areas disgusting shitholes is not going to get it done next time. I hope some of you realize that eventually

Gov DeSantis, OR whoever can beat him in a Primary is who we need to win the GOP nomination. However, I fear the Always Trumpers are more interested in Trump winning the GOP nomination regardless of the consequences... Kamala Harris being President for 4+ years.
Where do you baby back bitches come from? Don or Ron and frick the republicans. Those spineless baseless hacks sat on their fricking hands for 4 years allowing this shite to happen. If Trump ran independent I would vote for him because he is the only politician in my lifetime that has been for the people and not for DC.

But will McConnel still be in the Senate in 2024?
Who would be the next Senate Majority leader to approve appointments? Who will be on the Senate Intel Committee by then?
That is where the focus should also be.
It will be a very different Congress by 2024.
Interesting topic ... who do you think will be majority leader in 2024?
I have no idea. That is the point. We are going back and forth about POTUS when the real is the nitty-gritty sheer numbers. How many will align with removing Real Federal Power?
How many America First Republicans / or Bernie Sanders Anti Fed people will be elected?

Yeah, and that’s bullshite

56% of Republicans are stuck in a bygone era where being seen as respectable by the media is of overriding importance. They also want to appear reasonable and even-handed even when they're talking to people who actually believe hulking trannies are real women. They want to sit on the sidelines and vote for candidates that will sell us all out for unworthy career benefits then complain and do nothing. Go away with this crap already.

Best hope is for a Republican sweep to in Congressional races so there is gridlock and nothiing gets accomplished.

Hopefully he gets this message and does not blow the 2024 election ... we can't handle four more years of this crap.
One could hope. He’ll be almost 80 by then, I’m sorry but that’s just too damned old. Biden is proving that every day.
Trump running will all but guarantee another Dem victory in 2024. It won’t be Biden or Harris, but it will be somebody. The country can’t take another four years of this crap. He needs to swallow his pride and step aside and let someone like DeSantis (or one could dream…Paul) take the helm.

I agree 100%. I think DeSantis gives the opportunity for a real conservative to win. Trump is not a conservative. I believe DeSantis would be the first Republican to take on National Debt... something Trump could care less about.
I think there is also the possibility for a Conservative as VP... setting up a 2nd future Conservative. If people don't get on board with this ... the country is doomed. Deficits and National Debt do matter.
Absolutely agreed. Trump fought to cut a little spending here and there but by and large that wasn’t his focus at all, tax cuts were. We have to get our spending under control and then worry about taxes, not the other way around. The budget deficit is going to eat us alive, we can’t keep asking our kids to pay for our spending spree.

Love Trump. Would vote for him in a heartbeat. Women can not stand him. Many good conservative women can not stand him. My wife and daughter both voted for him but won't stay in the room if he is on TV.
I'll vote for whoever is the Republican nominee. I can only think of one Republican who would lose to Biden, but he'll get the nomination if he wants it.
Really sad that Biden would win again and might not even know he won. Biden makes George W look like a genius, but he'd beat DJT again. No doubt in my mind.

On the R side, you are correct.
Y’all are going to look terribly foolish when the Republicans take Congress in the midterms
You just vastly underestimate the Trump hate. As much as you love, and as many of you as there are…there are more on the opposite end of the spectrum.
Biden is in good position to have the worst economic presidency in modern history and y’all are just hell bent on handing these vile progs another election because you’re so caught up in a grifter like Trump.
Let it go

If people in here feel fricked over by the 2020 election, they have no clue whatsoever what will mobilize against Trump in 2024
They will run the most absurd shite imaginable 24/7 and the majority of the public will never even hear a Trump rebuttal unless you physically attend a rally or join some garbage app like Gab. It'll be sad

The second after DeSantis becomes the defacto candidate the media will run DeSantis man bad propaganda and he will come off as evil as Trump.
They will, but DeSantis doesn't constantly step on his own dick and fall into the media's traps like Trump did. He's also FAR more articulate than Trump, and would be able to tell the media exactly why they are fake news, as opposed to repeating fake news like a jukebox and misspelling words on twitter.
quote:
You are retarded if you think he has more pull than Trump.
DeSantis will do much better than Trump has in the suburbs. Trump alienates suburban voters, especially suburban women, due to his conduct and rhetoric, both past and present. As far as we know, DeSantis hasn't bragged about groping women and cheated on one wife let alone 3.
There were over 5 million voters who split the ticket in both 2016 and 2020. They voted for at least 1 down-ballot R but voted Democrat/Libertarian for President. The majority of these voters live in the suburbs. These 5 million voters are not natural allies of the Democratic coalition, which is why they voted Republican down-ballot. They just can't stand Trump. Trump underperformed fellow R's in nearly everything single suburb. The same thing happened in 2016. That's why we've had 2 elections where Republicans held at least 50 U.S. Senate seats, lost very few U.S. House Seats, and maintained/added Governorships and state legislatures, meanwhile Trump was 1/2 in the EC and 0/2 in the PV.
John Fredericks, who ran the Trump campaign in VA in 2016 and 2020 and is regularly on with Bannon, has even admitted this on his radio show and he had a Democratic strategist on his show that agreed with him. That's why Dems are terrified of DeSantis being the nominee. They want it to be Trump or Cruz because they are aware of their limitations, particularly in the suburbs.
I really don't know why we're going to piss away 2024 by nominating a guy who will be old as frick (78) and isn't currently in the White House. And, if he really did win, a guy who QUIT and left the White House willingly. If he did win, he should've stayed in there.
When Dole, McCain, and Romney didn't win/stay in the WH after the next inauguration we rightfully told them to frick off. They failed us. Why the frick are we not being consistent? It's embarrassing and is exactly what the Dems did with Hillary. They kept embracing a fricking loser and it was pathetic. We are doing what they did. We should be better than that.

Agreed, I love Desantis.
He is the candidate in 2028.
So the plan is to tell the young star who does well with nearly every single voting block for a Republican to sit on the sidelines for 2024 in favor of a guy who is no longer in the White House and will be 78?
That'll backfire. We'll then be trotting out DeSantis as a sacrificial lamb to take out an incumbent in 2024, and historically that doesn't end well unless the current President is hated (Carter, Trump) or has to contend with a spoiler (HW Bush).
If we lose in 2024 we're handing 2028 over to the Dems on a silver platter as well. It's too risky to bet on a guy who will be old as frick and couldn't stay in the WH against Biden.
