In my area, a families of more than four live comfortably on less than $50K everywhere. Average household income is around $35K. These are renters and homeowners, not people crammed into massive apartment complexes.

California policies caused the cost of living increases, and a $50 MW would only exacerbate the problem and cause cost of living increases to rise threefold across the entire nation eventually.

Don't like not being able to afford living in California? Move out of California.

Fine with me as long as they restrict it to California. Say good bye to fast food, Walmart and pretty much everything else that needs people to work.
