We don't even know that this was the helicopter pilot's fault yet. The NTSB presser just now said the ATC readout was showing the plane at 200' at the time of the accident. We have to wait and see what the investigation finds before we start smearing some girl for killing a bunch of people.

This may have been what delayed the release, again if she was a kooky bitch then it will turn up, but as a veteran I try to give benefit of the doubt that politics wasn’t brought into work or onto that aircraft because when I was in and an AO, it never came up. Usually crews are pretty tight. Again it was major pilot error along with air traffic control ignoring a collision warning pending investigation
