Smaller federal government is the answer.

More please.

No reason to stop at just the federal government either. State governments need to lay off at least 70% of their workforce as well.

and THIS ladies and gentlemen is why blacks have voted in lock-step with dems for decades.

they want to ensure government only continues to grow and add more cushy do-nothing jobs which they will continue to fill.

the end.

Good. Take their bastard kids with them. Worst customer service imaginable. They think the workplace is their hangout and if a customer tries to speak to them they catch an attitude. And you better not get there within an hour of their shift ending.

The current inflation rate for goods marketed to women — like footwear and apparel — is 177 percent higher on average than for those marketed to men. This isn’t because women buy more — it’s because gender is built into how prices are taxed

They should have no problem finding jobs if they are, in fact, the "most educated demographic." I'm sure they're quite marketable.

FFS if you look at the census data that is about 2.3% of all black women from the aged of 19-65. 1 out of 50

In just three months, nearly 300,000 Black women left the U.S. labor force. Their labor force participation rate has now dropped below that of Latinas for the first time in over a year. And more than 518,000 Black women still haven’t returned to the labor force since the pandemic began, leaving their real unemployment rate just above 10 percent.

This isn’t a coincidence. It’s the result of federal policy choices — most immediately, sweeping job cuts across public-sector agencies where Black women have long held the strongest foothold in middle-class employment.

Massive job displacement is just starting to ramp up in the government and in the white collar portion of the labor force.

I listened to an ex Google honcho on a podcast today who said we are heading for a period of near dystopian levels in the next 2-3 years due to job displacement from AI, automation and robotics, He also said society will go one of two ways.

1) The Tech Overlords will use AI, automation and robotics to usher in a quasi tech Utopia with some form of UBI and social credit scores, of course you will have to submit to AI as your Supreme Ruler.

Or

2) The Tech Overlords are not concerned with placating the masses with their AI, automation and robotics, instead they are more interested in creating their tech based utopia that will cater to their vision of comfort and prosperity and will view unproductive humans as a burden on the earth's resources.......think Elysium.

The first sentence amuses me. It says they were shut out of Economic Opportunity. No. They are just absolutely miserable fricking people and horrible to work with. If you're going to hire a black woman that you don't already know you might as well put a box of pit vipers in the office. You'd get the same result. And if you're being offered two jobs of relatively equal status and pay with one of them being for a black female boss choose the other job. You'll be right 97% of the time

They are the most miserable vile segment of the American population if not the world population

When I was young in the military I showed up to the ID card section needing a new ID card. I showed up 25 minutes before close at 4pm. The black woman behind the counter told me I would have to come back the next day. I asked why and she said because we close at 4:00 p.m. without even the slightest hint of self-awareness. I slowly brought my wrist up to look at my watch. Looked at it then looked back at her and she said with a straight face that they wouldn't take any more customers after 3:30 because it might mean it would take past 4:00 p.m..

Hiring a black woman almost always means you will get the absolute least amount of work physically possible to do in the given amount of time

Why is this particular demographic so eager to get a government job?

Are you kidding me? It's the easiest job to find with the highest pay. Those jobs don't particularly exist in the private sector unless you're a stripper or a hot bartendress. And I doubt this particular demo would be qualified for either.
